Security Level 2.
The Security Level 2 course is 18 weeks in duration which runs Monday to Friday each week.
It will get you up to the physical fitness levels required for a uniformed role. The course covers aspects of the law, emergency procedures, radio communications, along with personal risk and unarmed restraint strategies. There is an emphasis on the importance of teamwork.
Plus, Graduates of this course also receive their Certificate of Approval (COA). This qualification is an essential requirement, when working in the Security Industry in New Zealand.
Personal appearance such as hair and general tidiness will be monitored in line with the Security Industry standards
